Rémi and Morgan went live with an updated HUD and a new notifications system a couple hours ago.

In addition to displaying game information in a slicker cleaner way, the HUD now allows you to access your account settings and notifications panel.

You get notifications when:

• someone starts or stops following you
• you reach a new level
• you get a new token
• your database change proposals are accepted or refused
• someone writes on your flow
• someone comments your content or a content you commented before

These changes come after we made several other updates in recent days:

• Added a new rule to Opinion edit: editing now costs 1 Action Point AND removes all of the +pwnz received for this Opinion
• Added “first name” and “last name” fields to your Profile information, with an option to hide them
• Added an option to hide your date of birth on your Profile
• Added the date you joined Gamocracy to your Profile. (if you joined on Nov. 21st 2009, you are truel33t)
• Fixed a bug in the database points system & re-done the math: your db points counter may have jumped a bit!
• Fixed a bug in email notices about comments on your shared news
