On Monday, we’ll have our first weekly winner for the All Out Summer Contest.

But, remember, we’re not only rewarding weekly prizes this summer, we’re also going for monthly ones: bigger in size, harder to get.

So this month, the prize will be… oh wait, I didn’t tell you what a “month” meant here. We’re not using the calendar as a reference but summer itself so the month we’re talking about started last Monday June 21st and will end Tuesday July 20th. On that day, we’ll pick the monthly winner from all Opinions published between those dates.

And that winner will take home…

Astro A-30 headset

This is a high end gaming headset created in the Astro studios in San Francisco. I’m saying studios because, when you step into that kind of old factory they’re using for an HQ, it looks like they’re designing Ferrarri’s or the next fancy motorbike. Walls full of sketches. Autistic artists and engineers all over. And they don’t let you take pictures either, very serious and all. And very nice too. After following (unannounced) a friend in a meeting, I was given one A-30 headset and all its extensions there.

I opened the box just once, to take that picture. It’s now up for grabs in our All Out Summer Contest on Tuesday July 20th.
