Yesterday, at the moment we drawed the winner for Week 1, at 16 CET, we entered Week 2 of our All Out Summer Contest. In case you don’t know, that means all Opinions posted on Gamocracy from that point have been counting for Week 2.

Earphones for the Metro
They’re for the metro because, as you can see, they get deep into your ears, which dramatically reduces the screaming sounds heard in the undergrounds these days. Which might also get you deaf in the long run, but that’s another story…
Also, they’re some kind of a collector’s piece, vintage stuff you know. The kind of vintage which specs can’t be found online anymore!.. Let’s face it, it’s not exactly a new model. But the fact that it was never used makes it even more valuable, don’t you think?!!
No? No… ok. Let’s talk about something else.
How did I get my hands on those? I used to collaborate with Plantronics, which has been Altec Lansing’s parent company for a few years. This was a gift by Grégory Morquin at Plantronics, with whom, it’s worth mentioning during those World Cup days, I attended a Barca football match at Camp Nou a couple years ago. In hindsight, the remembrance of Thierry Henry scoring goals only adds to the unreal flavor of the experience…
